A resident of Singapore is inspired by cartoon characters and video games. Those are the favorite characters of her 12-year-old son Ivan and 9-year-old son Lucas.
She comes up with rice balls à la Angry Birds, prepares pasta in the form of minions makes miniature cookie-bears and sushi with Pokemon.
In her capable hand’s ordinary eggs transformed into solar panels, jelly into mini-aquarium with Nemo and Dory, and ice cream into funny pigs and cats.
Lee Min has incredible fantasy and tries to surprise the kids with something new every day.
According to her, she began to make the first lunch-Bantu (the so-called Japanese boxed lunches that children take to school) in 2011, when her oldest son went to kindergarten.
“He was very bored and wants to go home, so I started to do for him rice balls as toys and write little notes” – says Lee.
Over time, this hobby has grown into a real passion. And when her second son grew up, he began to receive the same gifts.
Now the woman has more than 230 thousand subscribers in Instagram.
Li Ming also has her blog, where she lays out her recipes of “fabulous” cuisine to the delight of mums around the world.
She recently released her first book «Presenting Adorable Meals for Adorable Kids, Yummy Kawaii Bento», which includes both known and brand new recipes for kids’ dishes.
