We all want to lose weight, get ourselves in good shape and enjoy life without fat. People love to make all kinds of “I’m dropping 20 pounds next week” plans and want to change the way they live, breathe and eat in a matter days, if not hours. That’s not really how it works, besides, too much strain can cause you more troubles than joy. A person who has to take care of tons of stuff, including a diet, a workout schedule, while still going to work, taking care of the kids and doing everything else during the day will quit before he/she starts. Just experiment, try new things and don’t change your eating habits overnight – give it some time. Switching to a healthy lifestyle should be fun, not a nightmare that lasts forever.
