In this article we will present you two people listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the owners of the largest size of the foot in the world. One of them is the record-breaker among living people, the other is the owner of the largest size of the legs in the history of mankind.
30-year-old Moroccan Brahim Takiulla / Brahim Takioullah, now lives in the suburbs of Paris, and he is not the highest of living people. His growth is “only” 2 meters 46 centimeters, 5 centimeters lower than the highest (now) man – Sultan Kosena from Turkey.
However, Braga is the record-breaker among the living people because of the size of his feet, he wears shoes of 58 size. His left foot is 38.1 cm in length, and his right foot is a little bit smaller – 37.5 cm.
Unprecedented growth has been provoked by the pituitary tumor that causes acromegaly – excessive production of growth hormone in the body. Brahim moved to Paris from Morocco for special treatment after doctor’s recommendations.

Exactly the same disease as Brahim Takiulla, had the tallest man in history – Robert Wadlow / Robert Wadlow (22 February 1918 – 15 July 1940). His height was 2 meters 72 centimeters. He also owned the absolute record for the size of his feet: Robert wore shoes with 76 size, and his feet were 47 cm long.
